How long does it take for my product to be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the type of product, the level of customization, and the final destination's location. However, we handle estimated production and shipping times under the following parameters:

  • Production time: Between 8 and 12 business days, counted from the final design approval and payment confirmation.

  • Immediate delivery or within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on available inventory and customer location.

3. Shipping Times

Once the production process is finished:

  • Urban shipments (main city): 1 to 2 business days.
  • National shipments: between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the destination and the assigned carrier.
  • Special or rural shipments: may extend up to 7 business days, depending on logistics coverage.

What is the minimum quantity to customize my product?

The minimum order quantity for a 100% custom order is 200 units. This type of customization includes the possibility of applying your brand, logo, or exclusive design on the packaging or bag, under the following technical guidelines:

  • The design will be applied to only one side of the product.
  • Customization will be done using a single flat color (spot ink), without gradients or four-color process.
  • You can freely define the design within the mentioned restrictions (one side, one ink), adapting it to the printable area of the product.
  • This minimum policy applies to t-shirt bags, boutique bags, security packaging, among other products available in our catalog.

This scheme is designed to offer a low-volume option that combines production efficiency with professional customization for your brand. If you need two-sided printing, multiple colors, or special finishes, we have production alternatives for larger volumes adapted to those requirements.

What happens if my order arrives in bad condition?

At Flexo Print, we are committed to the quality of our products and the total satisfaction of our customers. If your order arrives in poor condition, we immediately activate our warranty protocol. Below, we explain how we proceed:

  • If upon receiving your order you notice manufacturing defects, visible damage during transit, printing errors, or any other non-conformity, you must contact our customer service team within the first 48 hours after receiving the order.
  • To process your claim, we will need clear photographs showing the condition of the product, along with the order number and a brief description of the problem.
  • Our quality control team will evaluate the case to determine the cause of the damage and decide whether a replacement at no additional cost, a partial adjustment, or a refund is appropriate, as stipulated in our policies.
  • The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects, errors attributable to printing or packaging, or direct damage during shipping. It does not apply to products improperly stored subsequently or incorrectly handled once delivered.
